I must apologise for my long absence. I've been totally absorbed in motherhood! Little Alba is growing so fast and I'm making the most of every second. She is an absolute joy and I just love being a mummy so much. People ask me if I miss being able just to go out when I feel like it and do the things I want. I can honestly say that I don't. This is such a short time in my little girls life and I'm enjoying the cuddles while I can!
Whilst I'm loving these quiet days with my baby I'm afraid it doesn't make for very interesting blogging. My days are filled with nappy changing, washing, cuddles and singing lullabies. It's absolute bliss for me but I'm sure not so interesting for the rest of you to read about.
So, my posts will probably continue to be a bit sporadic for now. Thank you to those of you who have continued to send me messages and comments even though I'm so bad at replying. You are all in my thoughts often I just have a very pretty little bundle who distracts me from my computer and prevents me from keeping up to date with you all. Who could resist this little cutie?

You're so right, it's so important to soak up every minute of baby bliss while it lasts because they grow SOOOO quickly. Alba is adorable, I can see why you must adore spending your days with her. I too enjoy my role as a Mummy and while Grace and I aren't getting out and about as often as we used to, our simple days at home with Sophie are possibly more enjoyable and fun-filled. Stay warm and don't feel bad about not blogging as often, we'll all be here waiting for 'Alba updates' when you have the time xx

Alba is way more important than blogging as they grow so fast. My baby is 27yrs. old, where did the time go?
Unless you're journeling about all of Alba's milestones whether they're big or small you may want to use your blog to post those photos with her actions so you can use at a later date. As crafty as you are I'm sure a scrapebook or two is in the works or in your future. Have fun.
Alba is adorable and you are right to make the most of your time at home with her. I miss my daughter being a baby, although she still loves cuddles.The countryside looks so different in the snow! Enjoy the rest of your weekend, love Linda x
